Using Elefant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services, subject to these terms and any further service-specific terms. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. Misuse of our services includes but is not limited to use of our data for illegal and/or criminal purposes.
You may not use our site, any of its contents, or materials for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. These are some non-exhaustive examples:

Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Alternative Dispute Resolution:
Before seeking arbitration or court remedies, you and Elefant agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days from the date the dispute arose, then either party may proceed to arbitration.
Arbitration Agreement:
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), according to the then-current SIAC Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Singapore, in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.
Copyright
This Site, its contents, and its materials are subject to copyright.
The copyright in them is owned by Elefant. Where contents and materials and materials from third parties have been incorporated into the Site, ownership of the copyright resides with these third parties.
No part of the contents or materials available on this Site may be reproduced, licensed, sold, published, transmitted, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, broadcast (including storage in any medium by electronic means whether or not transiently for any purpose save as permitted herein) without our prior written permission.
You may view and use the Site, as well as download and copy its contents and material for your own information, research, or study, without any right to resell or charge for access, redistribute, or create derivative works therefrom without express permission by Elefant. This is provided you (a) do not modify the copy from how it appears on this Site; and (b) include a copyright notice on such copy. Due to the nature of artificial intelligence generally, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our site. Our assignment above does not extend to other users’ output or the output of any other third party.
